With more than 25 years of extensive, diverse construction experience & knowledge, as the owner, Owner, Jeff Munden brings a strong background in all facets of construction management, pre-construction, real estate development and business development to the JWM Companies (JWM Contracting LLC, JWM Development LLC and JWM Custom Homes LLC).
Throughout his career, Mr. Munden has developed & managed ground up construction of a large variety of commercial projects in (7) different states for MW Builders, Cityscape Residential, Price Brothers and TX-Morrow in excess of $500 million nationwide including: multi-family (over 3,000 units), hospitality, senior living, student housing, schools and large box retail, for such brands and companies including: Marriott Hotels, Hilton Hotels, Wal-Mart, University of Missouri (Columbia, MO), Indiana-Purdue University and Sunrise Senior Living.
Prior, Mr. Munden owned a residential construction company for (9) years, where he built a number of custom homes upwards of $1.2M in cost, along with numerous remodels throughout the Greater Kansas City area.
Mr. Munden has completed several specialized training courses, along with holding a General Building Contractor (A) license in MO and KS (reciprocal to many other states).
